4. Our Response Process
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, Elite IPTV TV will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 48 business hours
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Take appropriate action, which may include removal or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the relevant party if content has been removed
- Maintain records of all DMCA notices received for the period required by law
Our response time depends on the completeness of the notice submitted. Incomplete notices may require follow-up correspondence before action is taken. Verified claims are typically addressed within 3â5 business days.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice that was filed in error or based on misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court
