Content availability is subject to change. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channel, title, or sporting event. See Section 7 for service availability terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription durations at the prices listed on our Plans page:

• 1 Month — $14.99
• 3 Months — $27.99
• 6 Months — $46.50
• 12 Months — $87.99

Multi-screen subscriptions are calculated using the formula: Base Plan Price × Number of Screens × 0.85. Prices are as displayed on our website and are subject to change with notice.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified subscription amount. Subscription access is granted upon confirmed payment receipt.

Renewals

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You are responsible for renewing your subscription before expiry if you wish to continue the Service. We may send renewal reminder notifications as a courtesy but are not obligated to do so.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them publicly
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• Provide accurate contact information when subscribing
• Keep your contact details updated to receive service communications

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to keep credentials secure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content accessible through the Service — including channel names, logos, programme titles, and branding — remains the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. Elite IPTV TV does not claim ownership of any third-party content delivered through the platform.

The Elite IPTV TV brand name, website design, logos, and original written content are our property and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime across our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Emergency infrastructure updates
• Upstream broadcast feed disruptions beyond our control
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory action
• Your internet connection quality or device compatibility issues

We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible following any disruption. Extended outages directly attributable to our infrastructure may be addressed through service credit at our discretion.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms of Service
• Your payment fails or a chargeback is initiated fraudulently
• We determine your use is causing harm to our infrastructure or other users
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory order

You may choose to discontinue use of the Service at any time by allowing your subscription to expire without renewal. Refund eligibility for early termination is governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite IPTV TV and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Service in the three months prior to the claim.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party channels or VOD titles accessible through the Service. Users access such content at their own discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
